Today has been a long, hard, exhausting day, both mentally and physically. After two hard weeks, my lovely black lab finally passed. Dixie really was a special dog. She was pretty clumsy, but we all loved her so much. Well never forget you: the way Jesse rode you like a horse when he was a toddler, or the way youd play tug of war with me and drag me down the hallway. Those hugs youd walk up and give me just because you knew I was upset about something were the best. You were wonderful to us, and I hope we were good enough to you, too. Now youre not suffering baby, and now you can rest and play with your best kitty friend.
