Today has been a long one. Charlie did great during his procedure. Thanks to a great anesthesia team, they were able to sedate enough without intubating. (Who knew anesthesia did more than just silly stuff like epidurals? They save lives.) His airway looks great too. Unfortunately, his upper right lobe of his lung collapsed so he is maxed out on high flow oxygen to blow it open. Hes also in a lot of pain/discomfort tonight. Hopefully by tomorrow, he will be feeling much better and we will be getting back on track to get him home. Thank you all for your prayers for Charlie!
