Today has been a rough day.. You would think you get use to dealing with the dementia and all the outbursts, the anger, the confusion, the same conversations and questions, her refusal to do things that will help her function, the contsant sadness and rage roller coaster I see in her every day, but some days, like mothers day, its hard to handle, and there is nothing I can do to fix it.. Im going to bed early to put today behind me.Enjoy your mother while shes here and healthy, time goes by in a flash.... Goodnight friends... Sending out hugs, if im needing one I know someone else out there does too..
