Today has been a very long day. We have been extremely busy in this search. I can speak for the team when I say we are making an exhaustive search. I would like to thank everyone for abiding by our wishes and allowing us to check areas and work as a team. We have responded to reports in Greene County of Karsons sighting but cannot be clear if it was him. I can tell you there is no safe dog in Clinton and Greene county running around loose. Every single one has been looked at twice or followed. This is a patient process that cannot be finished overnight. No one wants Karson home more than me and my family. The outpouring of support continues to come in. A K9 officer drove to the area today from 4 hours away just because he had vacation to burn. That left me speechless. Tonight as I entered a Wilmington restaurant, several people shook my hand and boosted my spirits. A lady and her son sat quietly behind me as I ate and allowed me to eat a short meal. She messaged me later and told me she just didnt want to interrupt my dinner by speaking to me. A retired local Sheriff Deputy K9 officer donated his equipment and his personal time to help locate Karson. He said he couldnt imagine what I must be going through and wanted to help as much as he could. A group is considering making T-shirts to support locating Karson and then donating the profits to helping animals. This example of unselfish humanity is beyond anything Ive ever witnessed, all for the love of a 69 lb hairy kid. Hes out there and well find him. Be sure to check your properties and livestock feeding areas. Chicken coops and trash areas on the days it gets removed. Tomorrow we continue and every minute I feel like we are getting closer. Keep looking and dont give up hope that hell be found. At times my end of this gets frustrating and we need all of the motivation and support we can get. You inspire me and push me forward to continue to find my partner. Lets keep our paws crossed and ball on the dash...
