Today has been the worst. My new mare who I got Friday who was going to be my personal horse, my barrel horse got her leg under the barn and cut it down to her bone. Vet came out looked at it and wrapped it. Shell be out Monday morning to fully assess it and clean it. At this point Legacy will no longer be a barrel horse and will probably only be broodmare sound... Im heartbroken by this, but Im focusing on getting her better and then will figure out the rest later... One of the saddest parts is I have not even rode Legacy yet and will probably never get to. :(
