Today, having somehow gotten free of the back pain I suffered throughout Europe (a new meaning for pain in the ass...I wonder how much our actual subconscious thoughts control our bodies), I went for my English riding lesson. Tall, dark and handsome, and his name is Hero. Hes strong, hes fast, hes sure, hes larger than life. AND he sweeps me off my feet. I posted, really posted without stopping, Im darn good at this horse thing. More importantly, on that horse I AM FREE of grief, horror, bad memories, worry, anxiety...I am in the moment, moving with the horse (sometimes with my eyes closed to feel his movement), communicating with him through the reins, the leg pressure, and words. I AM FREE ON HERO. I hope to have a friend come with me soon to take a video of me or at least several photos of me while I am riding my Hero. In our world God has placed so much we ignore or denigrate or hold of no true value. Women buy Coach bags at great expense while wild Mustangs are being herded for slaughter because they arent convenient. THINK. ACT.
