Today in addition to receiving 100s of birthday wishes via FB, texts, emails, & calls...I had the distinct pleasure of spending my birthday day with the man I love, Daron . Our date started with breakfast in bed & a visit to the doctors office (bronchitis). He took the long way home just so I could have a red velvet cupcake & a drumstick from Churchs Chicken. (Dont judge me. Its what I wanted.) He told me silly jokes that only the two of us get. Then laughed at me while I hacked up a lung all the way home. Thank God for inhalers...LOL! When we arrived home, he put me to bed & later served me homemade turkey soup in bed. My babies checked in on me throughout the day to make sure I was ok. I thought I wanted a night out with drinks and good food but Im clear that what I needed was a day in being taken care of by the ones I love the most. It may not seem like much but it means the world to me. Thank you EVERYONE for making my day filled with love. Thank you Father-Mother God for knowing whats best for me & making it happen.
