Today in school while walking down the hallway I overheard two boys talking. Words like fag and other slurs were being used. One kid was screaming at the top of his lungs. What bothered me the most was that about 4 teachers were within 10 feet of the students, and did nothing. How could any person ignore such a thing? All of them just stared ahead like nothing happened. I was the ony person left to say something, so I did. It bothers me that after having development meetings with those same teachers, they allow the same incidents to happen. There is a major disconnect in not only accountability, but morals. I REFUSE to stand by and watch students act that way. I refuse to allow teachers or staff or even students get away with any negative behavior.
