Today in the 7th grade Killeen Invitational A Team tournament, the CAV boys played great defense and showed great teamwork as they defeated Travis Middle School 36-22 in the semifinals. The final was a rematch against Smith Middle School where the Leopards jumped out on the CAVs with pressure and took an early lead. The boys stayed focused and fought back to take the lead. Once they had the lead they never lost it. They played great and finished the game defeating Smith 35-22. Thanks to all of our supporters today as you really made a difference.
