Today is My daughter Madison Elizabeth Martins 12th Birthday. She lives in Virginia. I havent gotten to see her since she was 4. Her mom decided that it was better for her if she didnt have a dad.I have fought and tried to see her. I flew all the way to Virginia in 2006, filed for custody and visitation to establish a relationship with her once again. I served her mom with papers and it pissed her off. We went in front of the judge and he told us we needed to figure it out. I flew home after agreeing to come bcak for another court hearing 6 weeks later.2 weeks after returning to AZ, I recieved a telephone call from what I thought to be a lady who worked for the Mediation Dept. in Orange County Va, come to find out it was Her mom acting like she was the mediation dept of Orange County, Virginia, told me she agreed to share Madison with me and that we could submit agreement to judge via their office..In all actuality, there was no mediator at all. She lied to make sure she was awarded custody. Which she was...I figured this meant it was over for me and my daughter......but wait every year for the last 3 years maddie would randomnly text me out of the blue and then nothing. Im sure mom is at the helm of why and why not. As of last month we have contacted her via her FB page just to tell my daughter hi and HAPPY 12th BDAY from her Daddy in AZ that loves and misses her..I was told to not contact her any more...well I cant do that. By no means is this a bash Maddies mom note, Its not. I just want to tell my Daughter Happy Birthday Im asking for any and all of you, on my pages, who support us and what we do for others, all of you who have reached out and asked what you can do for me or my family in ll of our times of need. Well now Im asking for a favor....I need all of you, please message my Daughter Maddie Beth on her moms page. Please tell her, Daddy loves and misses her, Im sure she doesnt hear that about me from her mom since Ive been blocked from maddies page I cant either. I know she will know its from me...I just dont want another birthday to go by and have her think i dont love her or thing about her.
