Today, is National Vegetarian day and the kickoff of vegetarian month. What vegetarian dishes did you try today? I did my soil samples today, with the help of Creig and Mack from the extension office and soil conservation. They were wonderful to work with and answered all my questions and enlightened me to a couple of programs that I may be interested in for my farm. My local extension office is great for programs and just answering any questions you may have. The chickens laid 7 eggs today, miss broody is still sitting on her eggs and should be hatching off sometime this week.
