Today is Star Wars Day, so we thought we would take a minute to point out our BBBS NWA characters: Operations Director, Jane Heth - Yoda. Definitely the Grand Master of our agency; Jane has been here for 15 years and see a lot of changes over the years. She is wise and powerful and we never underestimate her. A stern instructor, Jane nonetheless has a mischievous sense of humor. Program Director, Cyndi Maddox - C-3PO. She dreads danger (as child safety is her #1 concern in our agency) and would much rather focus on etiquette and diplomacy. Cyndi has proven to be a useful translator between National office policies and procedures and our program staffs day to day roles. Development Director, Brittney Gulley - Obi-Wan Kenobi. Known as the negotiator, she is never at a loss for a quick word of wisdom or humor. Brittney serves as the general of our fundraising efforts in order to fund our meaningful mentor relationships. Enrollment Specialist, Kelly Gilbert - Chewbacca. She is the gentle giant of our agency that shows great loyalty. Kelly has exceptional skills in piloting the beginning efforts of all our match relationships by conducting all the interviews of prospective Littles and Bigs. Match Support Manager, Tami Shaver - R2-D2. Proven to be resourceful, Tami is always going above and beyond in helping her matches receive the extra support they might need in our community. She is also a bit of a mechanic and someone we go to for easy fixes, including the phone issues we had when we installed our new system. She has a spunky, abundant personality that tends to make everyone smile and happy to be around her. Match Support Manager, Quaneshia Goodley - Wicket W. Warrick. She is the brave, young soul that joined our staff after serving for a semester as our intern. Quaneshia has jumped in to fight valiantly alongside her new allies!
