Today is Thomas McKean’s birthday. Happy Birthday Thomas McKean! He was born March 19, 1734. He was a Delaware Continental Congressman; served as Governor for 29 days from September 22, 1777 to October 20, 1777 and also served as Governor of Pennsylvania from 1799-1808.
