Today is Trust Tuesday. Can you name six (6) individuals that you trust? Write them down and then make a list of the qualities, attributes, and characteristics that they share. Next, write down the names of six (6) people that you do not trust. Again, make a list of the qualities, attributes, and characteristics that the second group shares. By comparing and contrasting these two lists, what does TRUST uniquely mean for you? Using your own words and images, formulate a working definition of TRUST for yourself. Based on your self-crafted definition, do you consider yourself trustworthy? Would the person that you have chosen for this year to build a closer relationship consider you trustworthy? Is there any quality, attribute, or characteristic found on your list of trusted individuals that you want to incorporate in your life? If so, write down how you intend to do this within yourself and with the person that you have selected. In 2015, build heart-connected bonds anchored in greater levels of trust.
