Today is a day to celebrate in many ways, Happy Mothers Day to my Mom who is the Strongest, most caring, beautiful Woman I know, You have made me the person I am today. Thank you.... Today also is special because after my last lung procedure on 12/30/2013, I decided that 2014 could be the year I get my life back.....so far it has been tough, very tough! Looks like today, hard work has paid off, I began to walk on the treadmill I begged my husband to buy me for Christmas, every day I pushed my self, thru pain both physical and mental, thru sickness, thru the many times I said to my self you are crazy, Im too sick to do this ....... Well...... I have lost almost 25 pounds, feel amazing and Im leaving in a few minutes to go run in a 5K, dont know how successful or fast I will be, but I do know this I WILL FINISH! I know exactly where my hard working spirit comes from, what a perfect day to do this.....Thanks Mom!
