Today is a great day to release beliefs that no longer serve you, that create conflict, or were given to you before you formed your own. Many I have spoken with the past few days are torn and sad. This is common. When we choose our own beliefs confusion disappears. Today I will spend time with whoever reaches out, or expresses to me a desire to better understand what they feel this week each year. You are not alone.
