Today is my 3rd year zinanniversary. There are so many people that have come and gone in that time. The ones that are still here are so precious and I never take them for granted. You all make me a better person and teacher. Ive found my path thanks to a couple that helped me renew my love of exercise. I gladly pass on your knowledge to others and we all benefit. There have been many challenges this past year and so many people have been there for me and I will be forever grateful. I have come so far since last year and I look forward to whats ahead and taking everyone who wants to go with me. As always I will continue to grow as a person and your instructor. Thanks for all the fun, booty shakin and sweat!!!!
