Today is my dad and moms 58th wedding anniversary. I cooked Steak, jumbo shrimp, made salads and bread for them. It warms my heart to see two people who have been together almost all of lives. Dad had a good day and remembered so many things. Mom is healing nicely. My sister made it home to her son. After almost passing out from changing bandages and cleaning drainage tubes, I realized just how special our nurses are! Very grateful I got the job done.
