Today is my final service as a Hyles-Anderson tour member! Here are just a few things I have learned in the past four years: 1. THERE ARE NO SMALL MINISTRIES The greatest works are rarely housed in massive auditoriums with giant crowds, but rather in the quiet, out of the way places where God is magnified and Christ is exalted! 2. EVERY CHURCH WILL TAKE ON THE SPIRIT OF THE PASTOR Enthusiasm is contagious…but so is negativity… 3. THE MINISTRY IS PEOPLE The scope and influence a ministry is not dependent on facilities or programs. It is measured purely by the change and impact it has made in the lives of people. 4. There are few things more beautiful in the sight of God that a FAITHFUL AND DEVOTED SERVANT 5. THE NEED IS GREAT I have travelled from Vancouver, Canada to Miami, Florida, 48 states, 3 countries, and hundreds of cities and towns, but the one common factor is their need to hear the message of Christ and see the love of His children.
