Today is one of those days where I really had to work to shift my perspective... I woke up feeling the weight of all the things that have been happening over the last few weeks. Ive spent almost $1000 going to the Dr for headaches, the issues with my neck/back & then cracking a tooth & having emergency dental surgery. I lost another $1000 from the actual money stolen from my car and the things I have to replace from that incident. And still making sure that my other financial obligations & bills are taken care of that are due right now. Today is the day that I just wanted to cry & scream & felt like giving up for a minute. Then I had to remind myself... THIS TOO SHALL PASS! The emotional roller coaster will stop & Ill get off. Life will keep moving & it will be my choice to let it overwhelm me or stay encouraged & push forward. Today it will be my choice to give into the events or to stay grounded in the knowledge that, Its still ALL GOOD! It may be uncomfortable and even a little stressful, yet Im still standing & choosing to THRIVE! People often think that because Im smiling I must not go through anything. So I shared this for you to see, HealingOne is not just words I speak, its the life I breathe. I write not what sounds good, however the words come from the very depths of my heart & soul. I share so that you will know, it may not always be easy, but Ive got this! Youve got this! Even in the midst of my tears, there us still a joy in my heart because I understand that when I get through this brief moment, LIFE is still in love with me & ready & wanting to BLESSED ME. So I rise up to receive the blessings that shall come forth in this challenge. And I encourage you to RISE and continue shining! Dont worry about what It looks like, YOU...ARE...BLESSED! #HealingOne
