Today is our 17th Anniversary!! On a Saturday, 17 years ago, we were getting ready to open, testing all the equipment, making sure everything was working properly... It was a rainy Saturday morning and there was a bunch of people outside the parking lot and around the area, cleaning up the neighborhood. We went out and asked one of the people what was going on and it turned out that it was a group of volunteers cleaning up Issaquah for the annual Spring Cleanup. We asked them what they were doing for lunch and they said they had a barbeque and were going to make hot dogs. It was raining hard, like it was this weekend while we all out trying to be good Soccer parents. We offered to have them come into the restaurant as we were testing our ovens and thought they could test the pizza! We’re so proud to be part of the downtown Issaquah network and be able to offer lunch to the volunteers who clean up Issaquah every year. This year, a special group that is volunteering for the downtown Issaquah association, the Drug Free Coalition, will be focusing their efforts on cleaning up the skate park and the trail behind the bus barns. We are grateful for their efforts as we are all raising our children in Issaquah and want to keep it the amazing place it has been to us as we’ve grown for the past 17 years. Thank you for all of your support for the last 17 years!
