Today is our last full day in Morogoro. Tomorrow we take the 12 hour bus ride to start our journey to Lake Victoria where well be for over a week (then a quick stop back here then to Zanzibar for four days). Sr. Janet is working on submitting grades - she also teaches at Jordan University. I did the dishes and my laundry. There is a small sink in the kitchen, but the pots and pans and laundry are done in the sink in the yard. #1 Gather the supplies. #2 Soap, soak, and scrub. #3 Rinse. #4 Place clean clothes on the side of the sink only to discover ant colony invading clothes. Start with #2 again. #5 Go to fetch clothes pins to discover the door locks automatically. #6 Scare the heck out of the workmen laying stone around the front door and take a flying leap to jump over the cement they just laid. #7 Hang clothes on line. #8 Celebrate!
