Today topic is quite interesting - Protecting Journalists, Bloggers and Media Actors in Digital Age. How those actors are in safe in term of sharing and dissemination information. Some countries in the world, they have drafted laws and regulations for those group of actors in sharing things online. I am NOT really happy that at this 8th Internet Governance Forum (IGF), I do not see any Cambodian Government representative attending this vital forum, instead there are civil society. The participants from the world have been attended and learned a lot of ways how to protect themselves and their citizens. Should Cambodian government representative attend the IGF?
