Today is the 5th day since Dads incident. This morning at 4AM the stopped giving him medicine to keep him in the coma. He is very slow coming of the medicine. He is still in critical care and only able to have visitors from immediate family. Today we intentionally kept visits to a minimum so that he would be calm, relax and heal. Just before visiting hours ended Gordy did move his head from side to side and when prompted by a nurse he did respond to stimulus. The hope is that tomorrow he will be completely off the sedation medicine and awake. He still has a long way to recovery so please continue to keep him in your thoughts and prayers!
