Today is the Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary (previously Our Lady of Victory for her intercession in helping won a battle where her forces were greatly outnumbered). The Blessed Mother is constantly appearing on earth to many (particularly Fatima!) urging us to pray the rosary - the most powerful weapon against evil, after the Mass&Eucharist. When I returned to the grotto of Notre Dame when my children were young I heard the Blessed Mother whisper in my head and heart that when I went back I was to institute the saying of the family rosary. Despite what I felt was my best efforts I was not able to accomplish that request. I have faced serious resistance from my children to this day wonderful as they r. They wonder why I never give up trying ...and I never will. Because my mother in heaven asked me is the reason. And I know that what she asks is good. I also know God values faith & perseverance & will reward that faithfulness at the time of His choosing & that is fine with me cause I TOTALLY TRUST Him, His Love & His sweet Blessed Mother. Pls pray the rosary for yourself, ur loved ones, those in need, for world peace , for the intentions of the Blessed Mother. Remember when God calls u (& u know not when that will b) what will u b happier u did? Made money, played, fussed about ur looks or spent some time honoring those who stand at the throne of judgment & the door of heaven. No time given to The Lord is ever wasted but returned seven times seven times seven.... He will not b outdone in His appreciation & generosity!
