Today is the Great American Smokeout. I smoked as a teenager and gave it up the first time in my twenties. Then I lit up again later in life. On September 10th 2012 I gave up smoking for good. I was in a bed at Yale New Haven Hospital. I had triple bypass surgery on my heart. The doctors told my family I was probably going to die. But I walked out of the hospital after five days. I have been smoke free ever since. Dont wait for something like that to happen to you. Quit smoking today. Thanks, Kevin.
