Today is the day! Decided not to wait until next Friday. Not sleeping as it is, so why wait. What? You dont know what Im talking about? Read on... The last medication I have been taking is Tramadol, and it helps control my pain levels with firbro. I have been taking Tramadol for 10+ years. At times, I have taken up to 8 Tramadol a day to manage my pain. I have been decreasing my dosage the last 4 weeks or so and have gone from 400 mg per day to 25 mg. Of course, nothing is simple as my body plunged into major withrawls. Restless legs, hot/cold, no sleep, extreme fatigue, etc. I also started attending a fitness group this week with weights. My fibro has not been happy. But Im stronger than I think I am. And today is the day I say no more. No more pills. Today I manage fibro, not it manage me. Today I take my life back. One step at a time.
