Today is the day that HoundHaven is celebrating the rescue of our 1000th dog. Linda is to be congratulated on this outstanding achievement! She has worked tirelessly to accomplish this goal and we know that she will continue for 1000s more. We also want to thank all of the volunteers who helped to make this happen. Your work is invaluable to keeping HoundHaven functioning. To the wonderful people who have adopted HoundHaven dogs - without you we would have nowhere for these amazing animals to live and be loved for the rest of their lives. To all of our donors - money and goods are what keep an operation like this going - veterinarian bills add up very quickly - and we are grateful for all of your contributions. A huge THANK YOU to everyone who has made this a reality!! It was so great to see the Alums and their families that came out to help us celebrate as well as the volunteers.
