Today marks 1 month since I had total knee replacement of my left knee. It has been a tough row to hoe, but a journey I had anticipated none the less. I am able to walk unassisted in any way and have pretty good range of motion of that knee. Still have some swelling right at the joint and have to ice it several times a day. I am able to go in the late afternoon and feed and take care of all my critters, which is usually the highlight of my day. I started physical therapy at SMH rehablitation center yesterday and kinda look forward to it. I am doing well and thank God for this gift and thank all of you who have been concerned for my well being. You are a great bunch of loving and caring individuals and you make life so much more meaningful, again thank you, .
