Today marks 20 years since our mom has passed away ... We always miss her, will always love her and even though we feel anger towards her because she left two young ladies to face growing up without her, I must say that we did well. We were surrounded by people that love us .... family and life long friends ❤️ we reconnected as sisters and created a bond that is compared to none! And we created the most wonderful children 💗 Everyone here that knows Brandi can say that they have seen the best and worse of her antics and that she was a strong willed woman and truly did what she wanted. Despite her wayward desires, she had strong morals and values and I choose those qualities to remember over the bad ones. She taught her daughters to never be afraid to ask questions, to always know that there is always something to learn, to own our own mistakes and learn from them, to love forever and to never forget to laugh .... those lessons are her legacy and I for one believe we live up to them. So as I shed a tear for every time I miss her, I never stay sad because I think of my baby sister and how shes grown and I feel pride that we didnt fall victim to self pity and I thrive creating our own legacies ... Raise your glass to Brandi today and reflect on the happy times with her and if you didnt have the pleasure of knowing her, reflect on a memory you have with either my sister or I because we are a total product of a great lady ❤️ I love you forever Mom xoxo
