Today marks a full week Ive been in the hospital. I feel pretty proud of myself and the strides I have made. Im up to an 80 degree bend in my knee, and today I made a full lap around the unit and walked up and down a flight of stairs 3 times in PT! Tonight, I am simply spent and was in a fair amount of pain before my meds. So, with a tad bit of guilt, I said no to doing my 2 hour evening session in the leg bending machine. I just dont have it in me. It amazes me how tiring rehab actually is. But tomorrow is another day, and after a good night of sleep, Im sure Ill face it head on.
