Today, marks my 20th year in this company......PASI. A part of MERCURIAN GROUP OF COMPANIES. Applied as a sales clerk in Butuan branch while waiting for the result of teachers board exam. Hired and trained in Cebu. First branch assignment in Hilongos Leyte and a month after transfer to Baybay Leyte. I was in Baybay when I received the board exam result that I pass, however I opted to stay in PASI because I enjoyed my job. After a month I was transferred to Calbayog, then Catbalogan, back to Calbayog for promotion, back to Catbalogan as per request, transferred to Borongan for a certain companys request, then back to Catbalogan. Thats life in PASI, and I enjoyed it. 20 years is not that easy. Plenty of problems, challenges, trials...tears and joy their is...but all of this makes me who I am today. 20 years ago the interviewer ask me of how do I look myself 20 years from now, and I answered I want to be an asset of this company, and I do believe I am....not because of my own capabilities, not because I am strong, not because I am great but because of the GRACE of GOD that sustains me through all the years. Without His grace, His mercy, His blessing, without His GUIDANCE, I would not be where I am today. May God will continue to guide me, protect me, gives me wisdom for another 10 years, so I could make it to the retirement with great joy and pride. May God will continue to BLESS me......to be a BLESSING to many in my own little way.
