Today marks my ouma and oupas 49th wedding anniversary... They have been together for much longer though. They were next door neighbours and been together since my ouma was 11. She got married to my oupa at 17,as was the norm back then to get married at a young age. Theyre the first ones to acknowledge if it were not for God,there marriage would not survive as many of their family members thought (who mind you,have gotten divorced and so forth).
