Today marks the 11th anniversary of the day I first met my wife, Terra Kushner. We met randomly at a bar in Boston, but rather than tell you about, heres a comic I wrote about the meeting: welcometotripcity/2013/05/schmuck-10-boston-hope/ The comic is a chapter in my SCHMUCK series (to be collected as a graphic novel in April) and its beautifully illustrated by my friend, cartoonist Leland Purvis. The names have been changed, but trust me, its us, and to my memory its almost exactly as it happened. Its been 11 years of ups and downs and times are certainly tough right now, but I sure am happy I talked to that girl in the bar. Love you, Terra.
