Today marks the 12th year anniversary of one of the most horrible tragedies in American History. On this day 12 years ago, hundreds of people, Firefighters, EMTs, and Police Officers lost there lives. Please if you have the time today, thank your local Firefighters, EMTs, and Police Officers for keeping your town safe by stopping them in the store, posting on their facebook, or sending them a message. As an EMT, i know its rare to recieve a thank you. But that is what keeps us doing what we do every day. RIP all those who passed, and thank you brothers and sister of the FDNY and NYPD for being true heroes and making the ultimate sacrifice that day.
