Today marks the end of a great day. It was Kim and Is 30th wedding anniversary. Over the years my wife has changed... Or maybe she has changed me... either way I love what we are... Or maybe its what we have become. You see in the beginning I knew I had scored a great looking, sassy, woman of God, and I was head over heals in love with her. If you had told me it was possible to fall more in love with her I would have thought, maybe a little, but I felt I was swimming in the deep end of the love pool and it was all I could handle. But then something happened... Time What I thought was deep love was merely the wading pool. What I thought was true beauty was just the surface. What I thought was my other half was actually a whole other person bringing more than just completeness but fulfillment and continuity. So today we celebrate not so much what we have but why we have it. The what is an amazing marriage with amazing children and grandchildren all of whom serve God with their whole heart. The why... My beloved wife and I know and believe that our family is part of Gods plan to save the world. Not all of it... but those who are watching from a distance, those who are watching from inside, our kids and grandkids. You see only in fulfilling Gods purpose is there an unlimited supply of deeper love for my spouse. This last 30 years has been the best years of my life and the next 30 will be even better. Kim Nalley ... you... plus me... plus Gods design, equals all we will ever need and then some. I love you from the very bottom to the very top of my heart. Lets continue to live for the why and indulge in the what God will do.
