Today marks the last day after approximately 95 days, I have RUNNING WATER! Yep, thank the stars, the universe and all that is great! I am SO grateful to have running water again. Yes, its a long story but I have been living from a tank on a trailer with buckets of water for over three months now...I did have the good grace of kind friends to shower and do laundry at their place but obviously its still not like having your own shower, washing machine and yes, flushing the toilet is glorious! Today is a wonderful day and I now know the simple things in life are truly gifts much more than we know until we are truly without.. Through it all I kept saying to myself, there are people who live in poverty and have it SO much worse than I do so even with no water I stayed grateful for all I have and know I am rich with so many blessings...
