Today meets the end of an era for my clients and friends Vartan M. Malian and Nora Gehrmann... They reached out for my help about a year ago to sell their previous family home, which later turned into a rental property.., the house had an awful tenant in it, one that not only wouldnt leave but one that wouldnt respond.., we called on the help if my property manager Carla Morgan to get thme tenant out... Once we got him out we opted to rebuild what the tenants destroyed, rather than selling it as a fixer... The house turned out beautifully and the house sold quick as planned!!! Today we were able to get the deal closed... Thank you Vartan and Nora fit having faith in me to get your house sold... I appreciate the confidence you had throughout the process, and it was great getting to know you two better too... Chris and I are looking forward to going out to celebrate after we get back in town from our vacation..
