Today my beautiful sister Shannon Wimer-Blackburn is celebrating her 38th birthday! So to honor her 38 wonderful years, here are the 38 things I love most about her: 1. Shes my best friend. 2. Shes one of the most beautiful people I know- inside and out. 3. She has more strength in her 100 pounds than most do at 250! 4. She is an incredible mother to three of the sweetest boys ever! 5. Shes picked me up off the ground more times that I can remember. 6. Shes honest- even when it hurts to hear. 7. She cares more about others than herself and proves that every single day! 8. She makes great cakes - lots of them! 9. She likes most of the same clothes as I do - which makes shopping for her easy, yet pricy. 10. She thinks hiccups mean you need to throw up which is hilarious! 11. She thinks Alaska was an island- crazy maps! 12. She understand just how serious asthma can be to a 12 year old in gym class. 13. She works harder than most. 14. She puts forth 110% in everything she does. 15. She celebrates the Chinese New Year almost every day ;) 16. She loves her friends and family more than anything in the world 17. She steals more containers, cookie cutters and rolling pins than anyone else I have ever encountered 18. She loves a good margarita, but two is just bad news! 19. She loves naps and I always seem to call her during them 20. Shes older than me 21. But I still claim wiser 22. She understand how awful the struggle of fake eyelashes can be. 23. She did it for Johnny 24. She shares my love for Rocky movies and watches them every time they are on amc (why dont they show them in order?!) 25. We have been able to make the most of every summer together 26. She knows how to take one for the team (losing her bathing suit tubing, but gets right back on!) 27. She appreciates every person in her life. 28. Shes my best friend (worth repeating) 29. I look up to her more than she will ever know. 30. shes smarter than she thinks ( except for the Alaska thing) 31. She once painted a headless Arnold Palmer on my bedroom wall that gave me nightmares! 32. She always loved my little hands 33. She always let me rest my head on her in the car when we were little 34. She loved digging for worms...which were really snakes! 35. She shared a loved for purses. She grew out of it; I havent! 36. She talks with her hands to the point it can be dangerous! 37. She is the heart of our family 38. She had shown me what u conditional love is - no matter how many times I mess up; she is there to pick up the pieces! She will always be the Bo to my Luke!
