Today, my family lost a wonderful neighbor and an even more glorious friend. She was one of last, true Italian great-grandmothers that I know. She lived here in Harmon Creek and watched my husband grow up, and we had the privilege of having her watch our children do the same. Both of my children were very lucky to have had her in their lives and to learn what she had to share. We will miss you Julia Yacoviella, but Patsy, Agnes, and the rest of the "3rd Avenue gang" are waiting. We have enjoyed you for long enough. God speed, Julia!
