Today, my sweet son Joe Froemsdorf, celebrates his BiRtHdAy! Joseph has always been a fighter, determined, head strong, a champion, and full of life. He has always worked hard to be the best at whatever he was doing but, at the same time, loving every minute of it. Soccer, baseball, pole vault, football, school, being our son, being a big brother, being in the hospital, following Dave Matthews, snowboarding, golf, cheering on the Cardinals and Blues, being a Broncos fan, rocking out some amazing food are just part of what make him such an amazing man. So, today I head to KCMO to celebrate with guy who stole my entire heart, calls me Mom and gave me the chance to realize I really do have it in me to be a crazy, helicopter parent. Happy birthday to the guy that knows I will always, happily, take the scenic route. Happy birthday to my human map/gps. Happy birthday to the guy who really was raised by a village. Happy birthday to the guy that knows the value of phone call. Happy birthday to the guy that makes it easy to say thats my kid. Happy birthday!!!!
