Today national awards are sold or brought, Few years ago Telugu film star Chiranjeevi was awarded with padmabhushan directly, he was first person to get with out recieving padmasri. Because he was to entire politicis and congress want him to defeat TDP in Andhra Pradesh. They used him and Now Sachin Tendulkars Bharath Ratna is also replica of Padma Bhushan. If such thing continue Value of Awards will come down.
