Today one fellow(worst fellow) driving bike without helmet and talking on phone holding it with neck and shoulder, blocking the road while taking a round turn at ulsoor lake. I had informed him showing signs not to drive and talk He started shouting back at me. I told him again Not to drive like it, he became arrogant and started scolding. what should we do in such cases with these junk people. They are not only putting their life at risk but also the people driving along with him. initially got bit scared, but after thinking for sometime decided to make my mind Strong and warn whoever violate/causing trouble to life of others.
