Today our world is faced with many catasrophic problems; Our enviorment is being abused, exploited and destroyed to a point where much of the damage is irreversable, Politics is corrupted to the point where corperate interests take priority over the best intersts of the enviorment and human kind, Our failure to bridge the gap between nations puts us at a constant risk of entering another world war, that could likely go nuclear, The richest 300 people in the world have the same wealth as the poorest 3 Billion people, Scientific progress is limited by the nature of our competative rather than co-operative society, Established society is a straight jacket to human evolution. The Venus Project provides a viable alternative that would irradicate almost all of todays problems by the intelligent and efficient of science and technology. No utopias, no final final fronteirs, just applying the best knowledge we have towards fixing the major problems of the world, rather than for personal or monetary gain.
