Today, since it is raining, I decided to do some shopping. I went to the Walmart site and looked for toner for my copier and some ink for my printer. Found what I wanted, then decided to call the Walmart store to see if it were in stock before I drove the 20 miles to get it. Damned phone rang 40 times, yes , I counted! before anyone at the electronic department answered! Told her what I was looking for...answer....I do not want to go look for this. I am too busy! Hell, all she had to do was look up the stock on the computer! So I said Good bye, called Staples put in my order and it will be home delivered tomorrow! Walmart lost a couple hundred dollars sale! Oh yes, it was also less expensive than Walmart prices!
