Today some wonderful generous people donated gates to us. We met them at Orschelns Farm and Home in Lawrenceburg to pick up the gates. While there, I decided we needed some chicken feed and I would pick it up. My son and I discussed how much feed and what to buy. My back is killing me today and I said I didnt want to load the truck so it was all on him. An employee got into our conversation and offered to do my share of the work. I said I would think about how much feed I was going to buy while I shopped and let him know. He came up to me and told me that there was a partial pallet of feed that they had discounted. He said they were marking it down, but the manager would probably sell the entire load for $50. He went to his manager and got it approved. We bought 30 bags of feed for $50. That is a $339 savings. I am grateful for the wonderful people that God puts in our path! The very generous people that donated and lead us right to the discounted feed. The employee jumping into our conversation and wanting to help. I hope that you all have a wonderful holiday!
