Today started off as a wonderful day for a picnic for a lot of families, together with their 4 legged friends at ta Qali Park, just to be ruined by an irresponsible dog owner of an Alaskan Malamute who let him off the leash with the consequence that he attacked another dog and a smaller dog was killed!! I dont blame the dog, I blame its irresponsible owner!!! Moreover, after the attack, the cowardly owner grabbed his dog and left the park without hesitation!! All dogs should be kept on the leash at parks, especially large breed dogs & those who tend to be aggressive!!! I feel so sorry for the family that witnessed the death of their beloved 14 year old dog today, (who was literally split in half) due to this irresponsible dogs owner!!! I cant imagine what I would have done if it happened to my dogs!!! :(
