Today starts DAY 1 of my clean eating lifestyle! 😄👍 I sort of got a little off track on vacation last week, but Im ready to get back to my healthy lifestyle! Im also starting T-25 if anyone has any pointers or recipes to share, Id appreciate it very much! Heres my meal plan if anyone is interested in checking it out! It helps me to write it all down that way I can sort of have a game plan and hopefully stick to it a little easier! 1, 2, 3 GO TEAM!! 🙆🙅🙇💪🙌 lol (Before each meal, I have a tbsp of organic apple cider vinegar -the kind from GNC with mother- chased with a tsp of organic, raw honey, and I also try to drink AT LEAST 32 oz. of water each day!) Wake up: 2 cups black coffee (I know this is not good, but I cant kick the habit! lol) Breakfast: 2 egg whites over medium with Pam and low sodium Tonys, half a cup original Ezekiel cereal with a sliced banana and a cup on unsweetened, original almond milk Snack: A handful of raw almonds, 1 sliced apple Lunch: Monster sandwich with 3 slices low sodium all natural turkey breast (I get the organic kind with no preservatives- cooking it from scratch is always better for you, but I personally just do not have the time) mustard, pickle, avocado, tomato, romaine lettuce and toasted sesame Ezekiel bread (1 multivitamin and 1 calcium supplement) Snack: Home-squeezed juice (carrot, ginger, apple, kale, Spirulina, coconut water probiotic, chia seeds) ****WORKOUT followed by protein recovery shake**** Dinner: plate full of mixed greens and spinach tossed in oil and vinegar, toasted, spiced almonds, dried cranberries, a handful of broccoli & cauliflower, 1/2 a diced tomato, & a tsp of sesame seeds topped with pre-prepped shredded chicken (I grill 100% all natural chicken breasts -no preservatives- with olive oil, pink Himalayan sea salt, fresh crack pepper, & herbs and then pull it apart to have shredded chicken available in the fridge) I will switch up my recipes every day so I dont get sick of anything, and the most important part, for me, is having everything prepped for the week on Sunday night that way I wont feel tired and rushed and just grab the fasted thing I can find. (As long as the portions and ratios of protein, carbs and veggies stay about about the same each day!) 😄👏 I also switch a lot of the meats with vegetarian options just because I am not too big on meat! :) But that can be hard to do all the time, so I do about 50% meat, 50% tofu or other fake meats! 😊 Lol Before bed: Decaf, herbal hot tea w/ a lemon and lots of sleeeeep!! Anyway, Im really excited about this! If anyone wants to share my journey or exchange recipes, etc., just let me know!!! Woohoo!!
