Today, the House voted on the Upton bill, which would have delayed many important Affordable Care Act reforms, letting insurers discriminate based on preexisting health conditions and cap annual coverage. The result would be even more worthless plans, easily bought and just as easily dropped, not just for those who had them but for anyone who wanted them as well.
