Today the Punjab and Haryana High court has given its verdict in Civil Writ Petition KULDEEP BISHNOI V/S SPEAKER HARYANA VIDHAN SABHA & OTHERS CWP-2900-2013. The order was pronounced today. This battle against defectors, has been won. This proves that the 5 years second term of the Huda Congress Government was illegal and was always a minority Government. This war started in October 2009 immediately after the assembly elections in which his party won six seats and five of his MLAs decided to merge their party with Congress, which was six short of absolute majority in the 90-member House. The so called merger was challenged before the Speaker and sought cancellation of the defectors membership. After failing to get justice on time, he moved the high court and later the supreme court and even after five years the case is pending but the term of the assembly is almost over. Honable High court has ordered disqualification of all the five members - Satpal Sangwan, Rao Narender Singh, both ministers, Vinod Bhyana, chief parliamentary secretary, and MLAs Zile Ram and Dharam Singh. For the past five years these defectors have enjoyed the power and position for providing stability to Bhupinder Singh Hoodas minority government but now their defection is declared unconstitutional by the court, the decision would not have any impact on the important decisions taken by the Hooda government for the past five years. IS THIS OKAY WITH US ????????????????? No it is not. Chief of BJP legislative party Anil Vij said there is a lacunae in the anti-defection law because of which such members complete their tenure at the mercy of Speaker, who is normally from the ruling party. Now for 5 years the so called Number one Haryana had a illegal Government, Illegal CM , Illegal Ministers. Now the question is what should we do now..........................Which all voters know very well. YEH PUBLIC HAI YEH SAB JANTI HAI.
